This is a painting of a French Horn, a Saxophone and a Snare Drum. The acrylic ball is divided into 6 different panels, alternating between a musical instrument and decorative shapes. A base is created under the acrylic ball, there is a switch at the side of the base. Press it once and the acrylic ball will light up, projecting the paintings on the acrylic ball to the spaces around it.

The artist seeks to create an image of music floating in the air, and the assortment of colours depicts how colourful music is. The light projects the paintings and creates the impression of music flowing, playing in the air.

The artist is successful in creating this image of music floating in the air. The projection of the paintings enhances the entire artwork and brings out the idea of music floating in the air. She also used different colours to depict the different tone colours of each instrument, which shows that music is indeed, colourful.
